With a warehouse just minutes away from downtown Los Angeles, we’re centrally located in the San Gabriel Valley and convenient to get to from anywhere in Southern California. If you're in the Los Angeles or Orange County area and want to save on shipping costs or need a costume quickly, simply place your order online and select "Warehouse Pick-Up".
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR PICK-UP
1. SHOP - Browse our website and add item(s) to cart.
2. CHOOSE PICK-UP - When viewing your cart, be sure to select "Warehouse Pick-Up" before proceeding to check out. You will also need to select a pick-up date and time. We allow scheduling up to 3 days in advance.
3. PAY ONLINE - Proceed to check out, where the Pick-Up Address will be pre-completed for you. You will then be asked to provide an email address, which is where we will send your order confirmation and pick-up notification. You will also be entering in your payment information and billing address here.
4. WAIT - You'll receive an order confirmation right after your order is successfully placed, but please wait for a second notification from us that lets you know that your order is ready for pick-up before coming!
5. COME ON OVER - Once you receive notice that your order is ready, you can head over to our warehouse at 2001 Tyler Avenue, South El Monte, California.
6. PICK UP - Park, then walk up to the pick-up counter at our front office and provide your order number and name or show a copy of your order confirmation.
