If you're in the Los Angeles or Orange County area and want to save on shipping costs or need a costume quickly, simply place your order online and select "Warehouse Pick-Up". Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 2 business hours.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR PICK-UP
STEP 1. Browse our website and add item(s) to cart.
STEP 2. When checking out, be sure to select "Warehouse Pick-Up". You will be asked to provide a phone number or email address as your preferred form of contact, which is where we will send your order confirmation and pick-up notification.
STEP 3. Wait for the email or text letting you know that your order is ready for pick-up!
STEP 4. Drive to our warehouse at 2001 Tyler Avenue, South El Monte, California.
STEP 5. Park, then walk up to the pick-up counter at our front office and provide your order number and name or show a copy of your order confirmation.
Processing Time - Orders are typically ready within 2 hours if placed before 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be ready the next business day.
Pick-Up Hours - You may pick up your order at any time during pick-up hours once you receive notice that it is ready. Pick-up hours are from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that we are closed on most major holidays.
