Green Comic Book Characters for St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick’s Day is one of those holidays where people in the US love getting into costume. Sure, you can dress like a leprechaun this year, but what about making it interesting by dressing up as your favorite green-wearing superhero? Today, I’m sharing a few comic book character costume ideas that are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. Dress up as one of these characters and no one will dare lay a finger on you for two reasons!

Green Lantern

To be fair, you can technically dress as anyone from the Green Lantern Corps. Either way, the classic Green Lantern jumpsuit is perfect for keeping those pinches away.

Poison Ivy

The sultry super-villain is best known for her signature green outfit and red hair. If that doesn’t say “Happy St. Patrick’s Day,” then I don’t know what would. You could make your own Poison Ivy costume, or use this Lethal Beauty costume. I would personally add a few St. Patrick’s Day touches like four-leaf clovers just for fun!
