Good news for our local customers! We’ve made it even easier for you to shop for costumes all year round. Introducing Reserve a Costume, our newest app on Facebook! Now, instead of calling in your costume reservation for pick-up, you can fill out the form at your leisure to save time. In addition, when you use the app, we’ll give you an automatic 10% discount on your purchase when you come in to save you money too!
Before you begin, here are some things to remember:
- We don’t have costumes on display at our warehouse, so please visit our website to search for what you need.
- When you find an item you want to reserve, you can find the item number and sizing information when you click into the item.
- Reservations can only be made for costumes marked “In Stock, Ready to Ship.”
- When you come in, you will be able to try on the costumes you reserved. However, there is a limit of 3 costumes per person.
- If you are reserving costumes for multiple people, please fill out a new form for each person.
- Reserved items are not guaranteed to be in stock. Since our business is primarily conducted online, please understand that there is a possibility a costume may be purchased online by another customer before you arrive at our warehouse.
- If you miss your reservation and would like to come by another day, please fill out a new form that day since our stock can change at any time.
- If there are issues with stock for the item you’ve reserved, we will do our best to contact you before you arrive.
This new service is now available to all our local customers and with our large selection, you’re sure to find the perfect costume for your celebration.
