Pre-Order 2014 Halloween Costumes
Halloween is only a few months away. Have you started preparing? We sure have! We know what a disappointment it is to not be able to find the perfect Halloween costume because you waited until the last minute. While we have many new costumes already in stock, with our pre-order option, you can place your order in advance to ensure that you get first dibs on all the coolest costumes of the season. If it’s your first year shopping with us, here’s how it works:
1. Look out for costumes that say “Pre-Order Estimated Arrival September 1” when you select your size. If an item shows this message, this means that it is not yet in stock, but available for pre-order.
2. If you’d like to purchase an item on pre-order, place your order as you normally would on our website. Keep in mind that when you choose your shipping method, that will be the method it ships once your pre-ordered costume arrives at our warehouse. Typically, pre-order items arrive around the estimated date. If there are any delays, we’ll be sure to contact you immediately.
3. Once your costume arrives at our warehouse, we will begin shipping them out immediately to all our pre-order customers before they become available for immediate purchase on our website. Your orders will be shipped according to the method that you have chosen and we will be sending you e-mail confirmations with tracking information so you can follow your shipment all the way to your front door.
