This is just a friendly message to all of our wonderful customers. The holidays are coming up starting with Thanksgiving, and although we have a huge sale in store for you, we also have some changes to our business hours. We’ve decided to join the many retailers who will be honoring the holiday by taking the time off to enjoy time with our loved ones. What does this mean for you?
Well, for starters, we’ll definitely be holding a big Black Friday Sale, so you can be sure to get a great deal. If you don’t want to miss the sale, be sure to sign up for our newsletter (here) to receive a reminder!
We’ll be accepting online orders through the weekend; however, our offices will be closed November 26-27. This means that customer service questions and concerns will be answered when we return the following Monday. This also means that orders placed after 3:00pm PST on Wednesday, November 25 will not be shipped until Monday. Lastly, since our offices will be closed during this time, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or warehouse pick-ups during the holiday.
We apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience, but in order to stay true to our family values, we will all take the time to celebrate with friends and family and we hope that you will too!
