If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may return your merchandise for a full refund or an exchange. Please be sure to review our policy below before processing a return or exchange. If you have any questions, please

General Guidelines
- All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please see our Returns/Exchanges Procedure below for information on how to obtain one.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders exceeding two weeks (or 10 business days) of merchandise receipt.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn merchandise. All items returned to us are thoroughly inspected for wear and tear. If we suspect that the item has been used or worn, we will not process the return.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following: hats, wigs, masks, makeup and costume accessories. Shoes may qualify for a return/exchange if they are unworn and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on panties, hosiery, or any other lingerie that covers the crotch area (this includes all lingerie sets that include panties).
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of the same item.
- All undeliverable, refused, or returned packages may be subject to a fee (see restocking fee section below).
- All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us or the carrier immediately upon inspection.
- Costume styles (colors and fabrics) are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them.
- Halloween Exclusion Dates: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, all orders placed between October 13th and November 3rd are considered FINAL SALE. This means that they may not be returned or exchanged. We advise you to place your order before October 13th to avoid any issues.
Returns/Exchanges Procedure
As stated before, you will need an RA number regardless of whether you are returning an item for a full refund or if you are exchanging an item. To obtain an RA number, please follow the guidelines below.
- Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a RA number. You may obtain a RA number by completing an online form or by contacting us via phone or email. If you exceed the 3-day timeframe, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We will not accept any returns/exchanges if you contact us after 10 business days.
- When you are preparing to ship your item(s) back to us, please write the RA number clearly on the outside of your package, regardless of whether you are using a box or an envelope. It is extremely important that you include the RA number with your package. Items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Your package must be post-marked within 5 business days of our issuing you an RA number. Packages post-marked after 5 business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns for Full Refunds
- Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. Any item that appears worn or used will be sent back to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
- All returns accompanied by the original invoice will be refunded for the full amount of the merchandise and sales tax ONLY. We do not issue refunds for shipping or handling charges for either direction.
- Refunds are issued on the credit card account number used to make the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- While it usually takes only about 1 week to process a return, it can take up to 3 weeks during our busy season in October. Every item has to be carefully examined to make sure it meets the criteria before we can issue a refund.
Returns for Exchanges
If you would like to return your merchandise for another item, you must go through the exact same procedure as if you were processing a refund. Once you have completed that, you must visit our website or call us to place another order for your new item(s). We will process this as a separate order and will issue you a refund for the first order once we have processed the return.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are calculated based on 25% of the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping & handling fees are not included. You will be charged a restocking fee if:
- We receive refused or undeliverable packages.
- Items are returned without a RA Number.
- You exceed the 3-day timeframe in obtaining an RA number.
- Packages are post-marked after business 5 days from our issuing you an RA number.
