This costume includes ONLY the top (bustier). The skirt and stockings must be ordered separately if desired. This bustier looks great as a top to wear out, or as a halloween costume top. It looks great for halloween with the Organza Tutu on this site. (the organza tutu looks way better with this bustier than the glitter tutu that is pictured). Take note though that this bustier runs one size too large. My friend and I both had to return these for the next smaller size even though we looked and accurately selected the size according to the size chart. Cute and comfortable bustier. Hook style in the back. Very flattering
