We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) as
our shipping method. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery by a
specific date. The shipping time frames stated for each of our shipping
options is the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your
order after your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and not
the number of days after you place your order. While in most cases we are
able to ship within 1 - 3 business days (or less) of when the order is
placed, we can not guarantee it. “Business Days” are defined as weekdays,
Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Shipping and
handling charges are calculated during checkout based on the method of
shipping you selected, your address, and the number of items in your
shopping cart combined with the total weight and box dimensions required to
ship your order. For this reason it is not possible for us to
tell you the shipping costs until you go through the complete checkout
process.
Delivery Estimates
How quickly you receive your order depends on
the current processing time and the shipping method you choose at the time
of checkout. If for example our current processing time is 1-2 days and you
choose the standard priority shipping option (3-5 days), you can expect to
receive your order in 4 to 7 days. Here's an illustration of this
calculation:
Total time = Time from placing order until shipping + Time from shipping
until delivery.
Domestic Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for shipments

USPS Priority Mail - 3 to 5 business days most cities
Priority Mail Shipping is the least expensive
method of shipment. Depending upon where you live in the country, orders are
typically received within 3 to 5 business days after
the order leaves our warehouse. Our standard processing time is 1-2 days
except the month of October. No weekend or holiday delivery.
USPS Express Mail - next day or 2nd business day
Express Shipping is the most popular shipping
method for rush items. Depending upon where you live in the country, orders
are typically received within 1 to 2 business days after the
order leaves our warehouse. Our standard processing time is 1-2 days except
the month of October. No weekend or holiday delivery.
International Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for international
shipments. We ship only to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. These
options are as follows:
USPS Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 business days
International Priority Mail Shipping is the
least expensive method of shipment. Depending upon where you live, orders
are typically received within 6 to 10 business days after
the order leaves our warehouse. Our standard processing time is 1-2 days
except the month of October. No weekend or holiday delivery.
USPS Express Mail International (EMS) - 3 to 5
business days
International Express Shipping is the most
popular shipping method for rush items. Depending upon where you live,
orders are typically received within 3 to 5 business days after

Delivery Attempts / Signature Required
for Express Shipping
All Express packages will require a signature.
USPS will make three attempts to deliver a package. If no one is present to
accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to
us.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as
undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we
issue a refund less shipping charges. Additionally, if the package was
refused for delivery, we will also assess a 20% re-stocking fee. We are
unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you
want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a
new order.
How do I track my order?
When your
order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail that your
order has been shipped. The shipment confirmation e-mail includes a tracking
number which can be tracked on the United States Postal Service website (www.usps.com).
Type your tracking number in the track and confirm box and click Go.
