Where to Party in SoCal this Halloween

From all night raves, to street parties, to club crawls, we’ve got the scoop on the hottest Halloween parties of the year!
HARD Day of the Dead
This massive rave is an annual event hosted by one of the largest festival production companies and is known to have some of the craziest stage shows on the scene. The event is scheduled from November 1st to the 2nd with a marquee of some of the hottest names in EDM including Calvin Harris, Diplo and DeadMau5. The theme is focused on Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead which means plenty of incredible costumes by both performers and attendees. It will be held at the huge fairgrounds at the Fairplex in Pomona which makes it accessible to everyone in the LA, Orange County, and San Bernardino areas. Tickets are available for purchase here.
Escape All Hallows Eve
Brought to you by Insomniac Events, the same production company responsible for EDC, Escape All Hallows Eve is a trippy music festival with a dark Alice in Wonderland theme. Also packed with a killer line-up of EDM DJs, this event is expected to be one crazy party! This 2-day event will begin on Halloween night and will feature big names like Tiesto, Benny Benassi, and Schoolboy Q and will be held in San Bernardino at the NOS Events Center. Get tickets here.
Halloween Carnaval in WeHo
If you’ve never been, this extravagant Halloween street party is a must! The city closes down Santa Monica Boulevard to accommodate literally thousands of party-goers who come in some of the most unique costumes known to man. There’s also music, entertainers, dancers, and all other sorts of incredible things to see. Also, since it’s so close to Hollywood, you might run into a celebrity! It’s free to the public, but it does get EXTREMELY crowded and parking may be an issue to be prepared to have an enormous amount of patience.
San Diego Monster Bash
Speaking of monster street parties, the San Diego Monster Bash returns once again to the streets of Downtown San Diego. This annual massive street party features five incredible stage shows with various haunting themes. You’ll also enjoy live music, rambunctious crowds and a $5,000 cash costume contest! Halloween LA Club Crawl
If you can’t decide where to go and want to do it all, then try the LA Club Crawl. This costumed event takes you to three specially-themed clubs in Hollywood for one price. You meet at a specified location to drink and the club crawl leader leads you to each location for a certain amount of time which means you get to party at some of the coolest locations in Hollywood. It’s also great because you get to cut the line at each club, and anyone who loves to party knows that lines at clubs are not fun.
