How to Style a Hot Chocolate Bar (Plus Free Printables)

The holidays are near and that means holiday parties are around the corner. In fact, we wrote a whole blog post about different types of holiday parties you can host (here). If you’re looking for a great way to add a festive and unique touch to your next holiday party, why not try a hot chocolate bar? I don’t know about you, but I can never turn down a warm cup of cocoa on a chilly day. Wouldn’t it be nice to greet your guests with a nice holiday treat? We know your guests would certainly appreciate it. Here’s how you can create your own simple hot cocoa bar at home using some easy to find items.

Begin with setting up all the necessary items. We used mason jars to store all of our hot cocoa toppings including chocolate chips, wafer sticks and marshmallows. Then, we added our printable tags to label each jar by hanging them by twine. We used a tall thermos dispenser to hold pre-made hot chocolate. A stack of red cups are set next to the drink dispenser for easy access. A series of sweets are also neatly displayed to accompany the hot cocoa. After all, the only thing that could make hot cocoa even better is a yummy treat to go along with it.
